Key Responsibilities

Content Creation

- Create compelling articles, blog posts, and whitepapers that showcase the sustainability achievements of our customers.

- Develop educational content to provide valuable insights into sustainability best practices in the tech industry.

Social Media & Video Content

- Produce and share engaging reels and video content across social media platforms.

- Write scripts for video content that focus on customer success stories and sustainability initiatives.

Customer Advocacy

- Encourage and collect customer testimonials and reviews for marketing purposes.

- Build and manage a community of brand ambassadors who are passionate about sustainability.

Customer Stories and Communications Support

- Actively monitor customer progress on the platform to ensure they have relevant content to communicate with their stakeholders.

- Identify and resolve any opportunities for user stories to be told and or engaging activations.

- Build the NetNada community and help guide clients and users with their sustainability communications, protecting them from the risks of Greenwashing and ensuring all communications are supported by data and evidence

Email Marketing

- Craft and send personalised emails to engage and update customers.

- Develop and manage automated email sequences for various customer touchpoints.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in growth and/or content marketing.

- Strong written and verbal communication skills.

- Proficiency in social media optimisation/growth, engagement tracking, SEO/SEM, email marketing platforms and CRM software.

- Passion for sustainability and a strong personal ethics.

Job Title: Head of Customer Success

We're committed to revolutionizing sustainability practices and seeking a passionate Head of Customer Success to join our team.

Role Overview: As the Head of Customer Success at NetNada, you'll play a pivotal role in guiding and supporting our clients to enhance their sustainability, reduce emissions, and drive positive change throughout their supply chains. Your primary focus will be to lead and support customers in their decarbonisation endeavours, ensuring they maximise the potential of our platform to achieve their sustainability goals.

Responsibilities:

Customer Guidance: Collaborate closely with clients to strategise and implement sustainability initiatives leveraging NetNada's platform.
Communication and Marketing: Effectively communicate and market the success stories of NetNada's clients' sustainability journeys, both internally and externally.
Community Building: Cultivate communities and focus groups to foster engagement and knowledge-sharing among clients.
Supplier Engagement: Drive initiatives to assist our clients' suppliers in embarking on their sustainability journeys.
ESG/Carbon Accounting Expertise: Provide insights and knowledge to address specific client queries regarding their sustainability results and advise on next steps.
Technical Aptitude: Identify area for improvement in our software, enhance user experiences, and manually adjust calculations to ensure optimal performance of our platform.

Preferred Skills:

Excellent communication abilities for marketing and sharing client success stories.
Strong interpersonal skills for community building and facilitating focus groups.
Enthusiastic personality to engage and assist our clients' suppliers on sustainability paths.
Proficiency in ESG/Carbon Accounting to address client queries accurately.
Technical expertise to identify software issues and improve user experience.
Demonstrated expertise in ESG principles, carbon accounting, and sustainability initiatives.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in sustainability/ESG, marketing, communications, business or equivalent practical experience.
Proven experience in customer success or related roles, ideally within B2B software companies and/or sustainability consulting organisations.

You are a 10x engineer, capable of getting more done than others and in a fraction of the time. You want to be a part of something great.

What you will be doing:

Spread the NetNada word. You'll share our product, vision and values with your network and help to build our brand from the ground up.
Build and maintain NetNada products. You'll be a crucial part of our early team, working to build out our initial business sustainability software. We have big, bold aspirations and we need the best talent to get us there
Work collaboratively with all teams. You’ll work closely with our Engineering, Product and Design teams to make sure NetNada is the best it can be. You’ll participate in code reviews and contribute ideas to engineering discussions.
Strive to learn and hone technical skills. You’ll always write clean and well thought-out code, find any bugs (and fix them!) and make sure you are always asking questions to learn from and help the team around you.
Set the standards. We’re looking for thinkers and inventors who can come up with new approaches to old ideas and push the industry forward.
Share your expertise. We believe in a culture of sharing. Pass on your experience to junior developers to help them grow or share your knowledge externally on our blog.

You will have autonomy in on achieving the above, but here are a few problems you might work on depending on your preferances:

Improve our system to calculate carbon emisions based on thousand of data points, such that a business gets a result in seconds.
Create a webapp experience that reacts to different customer's journey and sustainabilty performance
Design requirements and build business logic for integrations that can improve our sustainability analysis
Build product features that support a no-touch onboard experience all the way to implementation of sustainability initiatives

A bit more about you:

Experience building web products. You'll have 3+ years experience in software engineering. We're open to any industry background and if you have worked in an early stage startup - even better!
Can work autonomously. Once we’re aligned on where we need to go, you’re comfortable in the driving seat.
You think outside the box. The world is changing, quickly. You're excited by new and effective approaches to software engineering and you always think two steps ahead to anticipate and solve any problems.
Leader and team player. You’ll play a coaching/ mentoring role for junior members of the team to accelerate their growth and learning. Putting the ladder back down to help others is important to you.
Honest and open communicator. You have strong communication skills and aren’t afraid to speak your mind. Your work reflects NetNada’s mission, vision and values.‍
You work with calm determination. Our growth plans are bigger than big so you need to be excited to move quickly but able to keep a level head

You'd really stand out if you have:

3+ years of experience building software professionally
You are an expert in frontend and backend development, and have experience building end-to-end applications
Experience working with 2 tools in our stack
Have some product manager skills in you
Want to lead a team
