🌟 Position: Growth and Content Marketer

- Create compelling articles, blog posts, and whitepapers that showcase the sustainability achievements of our customers.
- Develop educational content to provide valuable insights into sustainability best practices in the tech industry.
- Produce and share engaging reels and video content across social media platforms.
- Write scripts for video content that focus on customer success stories and sustainability initiatives.
- Encourage and collect customer testimonials and reviews for marketing purposes.
- Build and manage a community of brand ambassadors who are passionate about sustainability.
- Actively monitor customer progress on the platform to ensure they have relevant content to communicate with their stakeholders.
- Identify and resolve any opportunities for user stories to be told and or engaging activations.
- Build the NetNada community and help guide clients and users with their sustainability communications, protecting them from the risks of Greenwashing and ensuring all communications are supported by data and evidence
- Craft and send personalised emails to engage and update customers.
- Develop and manage automated email sequences for various customer touchpoints.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in growth and/or content marketing.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in social media optimisation/growth, engagement tracking, SEO/SEM, email marketing platforms and CRM software.
- Passion for sustainability and a strong personal ethics.
